Earn Free Xbox 360 Games

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

For all of you gamers out there looking for free games and even an xbox 360 unit, here is a website you can earn them by playing online games. http://club.live.com/home.aspx It may take some time, but it’s fun playing and IT’s FREE. All you do is sign up for a Windows Live Acct (hotmail), play the online games, earn tickets for completing those games, and redeem those tickets for prizes! Or if your feeling generous, you can donate some tickets to your favorite charities. Here are some of the games you can earn.

You can also get a new xbox360 controller and xbox360 console.

The console is out of stock right now, but it will ship in April of 2008. No worries, it will probably take you 6 months to earn the 35,000 tickets required anyway.Your probably thinking “no way, do they really send the prizes”, yes they do. I just received PGR 3 in the mail, no strings attached. I currently have Kameo on the way and I’m currently working on getting a new controller. What if you don’t like the games? Get them anyway and sell them back to Gamestop, or your local game shop, and get a game you do like.

If anyone knows of any other website to earn xbox360 games, let me know!

Game On! -BSB boffman

You remember your first kiss? Not the peck on the cheek you got in kindergarten from the crush who was happy you were the fastest speller at your turn on the chalkboard… the other one… the first really wet one. Yes! That one! So do I… and thank you Lilly Uhler, one of the hottest most sexy human beings to walk this earth… I’ll never forget you as long as I live. You hold that special place in my heart right next to Intellivision!

What?! Yep, remember Intellivision? If I think back to my most memorable gaming experience, nothing stands out more than my life with Intellivision! I think I got my first system when I was 8 years old, and I thought my dad brought some new space age technology home to me. I fell in love!

While some of my friends were getting their Atari systems and bragging about their pac man, asteroids, centipede, blah blah blah… I was the sole gamer playing my state-of-the-art graphics system Intellivision! And that’s where many of my boy-to-manhood lessons happened. My love for sports, my lust for sci-fi, my affair with space, my thrill for speed and drifting, my skills with a poker face, and my raw passion for challenges in the pixelated realms of my boob tube. Mmmmmm this was surely the purpose of life. I get a rush thinking about it! For what seemed like an eternity I dazzled my grade-school friends with my disc & numeric pad wielding Intellivision gamer skills.

Eventually came real sports, girls, college, marriage, kids, jobs, mortgages, etc… and like so many memories from the past, my Intellivision was left behind to collect dust. And like my game systems, my time for and love of video gaming was gone, but not forgotten.

Then one day… many years later, out of nowhere, like the soft wet lips of one beautiful Lilly Uhler so many years before, I met Goldeneye on the N64… coincidently, it was even today’s very own boffman22 and his group of high school buddies that introduced me to and kept me up late so many nights in the back room at Blockbuster Video store where we’d play quad split screen matches for hours on end on a 19″ tv… and i thought that was heaven!

Today, I roll solo (that’s right… no split screens allowed!) with my 42 inches of hd lcd spartan 117… my modern day heaven! And you know what I wonder..? How friggin’ cool is it going to be when I look back and laugh at the old school way we’re playing today!

playermodelashx.jpg I don’t really consider myself that old, so I can’t recall playing any pong or even atari: therefore, my old school most memorable moment was getting the NES for Christmas from my grandma when I was 4. The first game I owned, besides Super Mario Bros., was Popeye. That Christmas morning I played Popeye for hours not caring that I had other presents to open, they were probably socks anyway. This was the start of my addiction.

A more recent memorable moment in gaming was in college when my roomates and I first learned how to use system link on the xbox and hooked up an xbox in 2 different rooms on 2 different TVs. We played Halo for 16 hrs straight, pausing for 30 secs max for bathroom breaks, if were even aware we had to go. We even left the pizza man at the door for at least 5 mins, tuning everything out except the rants from the next bedroom over. -BSB boffman

BOOOOOOOM!!!

gamertag belpers

Welcome from the Boom Stick Brigade! You’ve found the official site for the Halo 3 clan, the Boom Stick Brigade.

This is it! This is where it all starts… this is the beginning documentation of the rants and raves of gamertag’s belpers and boffman22. Yep… a virtual look inside our dorky, twisted, Halo 3 absorbed minds. It’s also a home base for gamers who play with a sense of fun, honor, integrity, blah, blah, and blah. So, we hope you find something worth your entertainment here, visit often, and maybe even meet other fun people you’ll enjoy gaming with too.

Before we start with our first blog we thought we’d give you a little background on how all this came about… belpers and boffman22 were born in ’72 & ’81 respectively… now fast forward to a month ago when I stumbled across the blog of WordPress user bs angel, on her hawtymcbloggy.com blog. This is where I found a lot of cool info about Halo 3, as well as a link to the clan TTL Gunslingers. After a little research I made a request to join their clan, but the ranks were full and I still found myself clanless, however a few gamer friends richer. What vibed with me about this group of gamers was these weren’t just any gamers… definitely not the typical mindless punks who seem to play with the goal of irritating other players, proving they only use 1% of their brain, or showing how ignorant humans can be… no these gamers were nothing like that. These guys played for fun, played with integrity, and played with respect to everyone having a great experience win or lose. I appreciate them for their code of ethics and style of gameplay. They did however recognize me as an ally to their clan, and that’s when it hit me. Why should I be an ally representing myself… why not an entirely new clan with similar values. I mean hey, I’m an entrepreneur, and my best gaming buddy is also my business partner, so it was only natural, it only made the most sense, that we start our own clan.

So I called my best gaming buddy, boffman22, and we decided we’d start our own clan of like-minded gamers. What about a name? That’s a big deal you know! Well boffman22 is a big fan of the gravity hammer, which we always refer to as the boom stick cuz of that cool BOOOOOM! sound it makes every time you swing it. Well, that seemed to hit us right over the head <see what I did there with the pun> and a clan name was born.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket<– there’s our entire clan right there!

So thanks to Anne Haynes, BS Angel, TTL Gunslingers, WordPress, and belpers’ & boffman22’s wives for helping us have the courage to do something like this. Note: Anne Haynes really started this all by directing us to WordPress in the first place for our business… so thanks Anne, and a big shout out to you Big Guy Little Guy Promotions!

And most of all, thanks to you for stopping by and checking out our community!

Game on, bish!
